Start out deciding what the speakers you would like to install as well as where you would like to install custom fiberglass. Stretch the speaker box carpet and polyester fleece over skeleton of the fiberglass work enclosure, glue as well as staple material in place. Ensure to stretch material as tight you can for preventing sagging whenever you apply the resin in next step. Mix batch of the polyester resin & begin applying that directly to fabric. Ensure that custom fiberglass resin soaks all way through fabric, I find using the bondo spreader to push resin through material. Allow resin to harden prior to moving on to next step. Rip fiberglass mat in the small pieces. Start soaking small pieces of the custom fiberglass mat in resin one at time as well as lay them on enclosure, ensure to overlap it. Apply 3 to 4 layers of the fiberglass mat to custom fiberglass Enclosure. In case, you are covering enclosure with the carpet or else vinyl, then sand till it is smooth with around 40 grit sandpaper & you have done it with step.
